Yoga

Genevieve Young teaches Sri Sri Yoga for the Art of Living Foundation. This is a huge international NGO represented in over 150 countries worldwide.

Sri Sri Yoga is powerful and subtle form of yoga. It is holistic in that it teaches not only yoga postures, but also breathing techniques, meditation and yogic knowledge for everyday living.

Sri Sri Yoga is light and fun, yet the benefits are profound.

This form of yoga is taught in a course format, usually for 2 hours a day over six days. The aim of the course is to give you the skills, knowledge and confidence you need to start practicing yoga at home.

It is by beginning to practice yoga on a regular basis that you really start to reap the rewards such as:

  • calmer mind
  • more energy and enthusiasm
  • a healthy body
  • increased flexibility, strength and stamina
  • weight loss
  • inner peace and centredness
  • better concentration
  • improved productivity
  • reduced emotional volatility

Genevieve teaches Sri Sri Yoga courses in the Midrand and Fourways area of Johannesburg, South Africa. You can contact her for the details of the next course.
